The government has given the property rights to the recording industry. Although attempting to regain fair use rights is a noble cause, why don’t we ever look at this from the other way and pay off the RIAA to regain these rights? The economics would say that it’s a more realistic goal.

9rules Round 5 is currently in session, and I’ve applied to the network. To all 9rules readers that may happen to venture over here, I’ve written a little open letter to the 9rules administrators as to why hyalineskies should be admitted into the network.
