When the nano was released, I didn’t really think much of it other than “oh, cool,” but as time went on I began to want one. (I think Cyrus is slightly to blame.) After all, the nano is what the iPod shuffle should have been, and - as most all of my friends know - I love my Shuffle. I don’t even use my iPod photo 30 anymore unless I’m going on vacation.

Yesterday I ended up with an iPod nano from the Apple Store in the Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan. Here are some pictures of my black 4GB iPod nano (click for larger):

These things always look great before the fingerprints and scratches.

Here’s my black Motorola V3 next to the black nano. The V3 is small, but the nano’s still much smaller. It’s also much thinner than the V3.

If I didn’t have this damned sinus infection, I’d go out and do something. Alas, I’m stuck here doing nothing until I feel better.
